Debit Cards

Will the card be available to both personal and corporate accounts?

Yes, the Debit card will be available for both personal and corporate US currency account holders. Please note that for corporate account holders the cards will be issued in the name of the applicant/authorized signatory and not the corporate account name. (i.e. if Mr. John Doe owns ABC Corporation then the card will be issued in Mr. John Doe’s Name and the corporate name will not appear on the card). However, the card will be tied to the corporate bank account.

Are there any maximum Limits for cash transactions or number of transactions?

Yes, the Bank has set different security parameters to protect the cardholder. Apart from the security restrictions, the maximum withdrawal amount from an ATM is determined by the owners of the ATMs and varies for each ATM.

Are the debit cards available to GBP, CDN and EURO clients as well?

At this time, the debit card is currently only available to US currency accountholders. We are exploring the possibility and feasibility of offering debit cards for the other currencies.

How long will it take to receive my card after the application has been submitted?

After the Bank has received your application, it will be approximately 3-4 business days before the card is ready for courier or mail. The delivery time of the card depends on the courier method and destination of the card.

Can the card be used for Internet purchases?

For security reasons, the Bank has decided to restrict the use of Internet purchases with the Debit Card. However, you can apply for a credit card for Internet purchases.

Where can the debit card be used?

The debit card can be used globally anywhere that VISA is accepted.

What do I do if my Debit Card is lost or stolen?

Immediately report any problems or lost or stolen card by calling the Bank at (501)-227-1548 or (501)-227-0697. The card will be cancelled immediately and a new card will be issued. You will not be liable for any charges incurred on the card after you have informed the Bank in writing of the card being lost or stolen.
