News Pertaining to Telegraphic Wire Transfers
We have recently been advised by our Correspondent Bank (Bank of America) that effective June 23, 2008 in accordance with the Federal Proceeds of Crime, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act and Regulations, all originating institutions (Banks) must include the full name, address and account number if applicable or other unique reference number of the ordering customer. Incomplete information may lead to delays in processing the payment of return of the payment message.
